Raphael Linker is Professor at the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. He holds a Diplôme d'Ingénieur Electro-Mécanique from Brussels Free University and M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from the Technion - Faculty of Agricultural Engineering.
